Fronted by Anthony Meynell, Squire were arguably the best Mod act around when The Jam brought attention to this burgeoning scene in the late '70s. Squire sounded like no other band at the time and from their debut single onwards, Squire stood head and shoulders above anyone else. This album remains their greatest triumph and is a lush summer Pop symphony with 12 string Rickenbackers, strings, horns and angelic harmonies. Unavailable in original format for 20 years!
