Good album despite distracting drumming that is far too busy. Couple of songs (Dinosaur Bones, Rare Little Creatures) are rehashed from recent singles. Dinosaur Bones - not their finest hour- differs slightly from the single version, but isn't necessarily better. Not sure why they decided to include that particular track on the full-length. Rare Little Creature, on the other hand, is mostly untouched, which is a wise decision for such a fantastic tune. A clear highlight. Meanwhile, Lightning in Her Eyes is Human Eye's interpretation -and complete bastardization- of your typical sappy love song. Kind of bizarre on first listen, but nowhere near as bad as such numbers are in hands less capable than Timmy's. I wouldn't be embarrassed to play it around friends, anyway.
