F?杰米尼亚尼(Francesco Geminiani, 1678.12.5～1762.9.17) 意大利小提琴家、作曲家、音乐理论家。曾在罗马从科雷利学习小提琴，从A.斯卡拉蒂(Alessandro Scarlatti)学习作曲。1707年起，在卢卡的管弦乐队和那不勒斯歌剧院的管弦乐队工作。1714年赴英国，即以演奏家闻名于英伦三岛。1733～1740年和1759～1762年两度迁居都柏林；其间1749～1755年在巴黎从事教学和创作。晚年潜心研究演奏理论。他是意大利小提琴学派在科雷利和塔尔蒂尼2人之间最有代表性的小提琴家，是18世纪上半叶的演奏名家之一，由于他在英国的长期活动，对当时英国小提琴演奏水平的提高也有巨大贡献。其创作技术和演奏技巧均较前辈丰富且有所创新。论著《小提琴演奏艺术》内容包括12首小提琴曲和24例，有一半范例可以当作练习曲使用，总结了自科雷利以来的成果和经验，很有学术和艺术研究价值，是音乐史上最早出版的小提琴演奏理论专著。
主要作品 大协奏曲24首(每一作品编号包括6首)，Op.2(1732)；op.3(1733)；Op.6(1741)；Op.7(1746)。吉他、大提琴曲和羽管键琴奏鸣曲。大提琴奏鸣曲，op.5，改编为小提琴奏鸣曲(1746)。小提琴奏鸣曲，A大调，op.10，no.4(1739)。
论著 《小提琴演奏艺术》(The Art of Playing on the Violin)，op.9(1751)。
特拉埃塔(Tommaso Traetta，1727～1779)，意大利作曲家。1738～1748年在那不勒斯学习，1768～1775年继加卢皮而成为俄国女皇叶卡捷琳娜二世宫廷作曲家，共作有42部歌剧。
杰米尼亚尼是那不勒斯乐派宗师斯卡拉蒂的徒弟，特拉埃塔也是那不勒斯旗下的知名歌剧师。所以在曲子风格上或者结构上都多少有些相似。虽然是斯卡拉蒂的徒弟，但是杰米尼亚尼的成就似乎远远没有他老师大，光听就知道了，他的曲子少有斯卡拉蒂那种深邃的意境和辽远的深意。不过客观来说，那不勒斯学派的很多作曲家都是跟他们一样，默默无闻地在衔接音乐史，也正是他们的探索和创作，才使得巴洛克过渡到古典音乐时代。
