The album is titled "Kali Bahlu takes the forest children on a journey of COSMIC REMEMBRANCE". I challenge ANYONE to make sense of this album. I've heard shopping-cart people who had a better grasp on reality than poor Kali. She rambles for ten or fifteen minutes at a time about "Broken Games", "Earth's Earth" and drinking coffee with Buddha(?!?!)
It doesn't get stranger than this. Cosmic rants, drug-soaked tirades, washed-up sitars, out of tune congas, and the whiniest, most annoying high-pitched voice to ever grace a slab 'o vinyl. Rumor has it that Balu is living in NJ and is currently a reborn Christian. There is NOTHING like it!
Strange record blending eastern meditation exploito with sitar and jarring female narration. if you own the "Incredibly Strange Music" cd with a track from this lp, you know how the rest of it sounds... one of the most weird and wacky albums from the 60s.
