Named after a harsh blizzard that recently hit nyc, 'arctic blast' is a 3-track instrumental album that covers many a landscape. Sounding like the companion piece to the soundtrack of 'eraserhead', 'arctic blast' is a dark and relentless assault on the senses, that represents three completely different, and non-linear approaches to improvised music. Though mainly consisting of guitars and pedals, 'arctic blast' also includes such instrumentation as effected vocals, percussion, electronics and piano.
