Chris Cunningham and Justin Roth performed almost 80 shows together in the fall of 2000, and this album documents the fun and energy of the tour. It includes a few songs by each of them (including a couple otherwise unreleased songs by Chris), as well as a few cover songs. At each of their shows, Chris and Justin had the audience make a up a song, and 2 Forms of ID includes one of the best of those audience songs as well. The CD was recorded November 3 and 4, 2000 at Duluth MN's Amazing Grace Coffeeshop.
