The "final" release from Ned Hayden and his revolving cast of acclaimed NYC noise-damaged punkers, this one hisses and barks like the curses of satan cranked through a boom box two city blocks down the lower east side. Sporting twelve tracks and clocking in at just a hair over twenty minutes, this one could get you killed in traffic. Out-of-control, mean, nasty punk rock played like a garagier version of "Damaged"-era Black Flag. Recorded in London at the famous Toe Rag Studio during the '93 Decimation Blvd. tour, these tapes were just recently found and slapped onto disk. Live as a cock-fight, rude as spit in the eye.
