We really couldn't help gushing majorly over the couple of Heralds of Change EP's we had in stock last month, they were just waaay too sick not to! We've got the rest of the awesome All City Records catalogue in now for all you digi-heads and 'Show You', the first HoC EP is now available again for your downloading pleasure. The title track sees the HoC aka studio wizards Mike Slott and Hudson Mohawke, hook up with MC Oddisee for a butter slab of wonky electronic soul coated in sweetly off centre synth pads giving it that perfectly lop-sided lean made to spin your whole world off it's axis. 'Part Of The World' is a far straighter cut, wearing it's Pete Rock and Madlib influences proudly on it's sleeve with dusty loops crackling into and out of earshot, and super crisp live drums just bumping it all in the right direction. 'Alone' is another cut that'll make you wonder "why the fuck have I never heard this before?!?" (considering this EP came out in 2006) it's another dust encrusted soul clincher that'll grab you tight and not let go. Beautiful beats.
