Mixing moody "baroque-minimalism" with offbeat humor, I SAW YOU COMING BACK TO ME is a potent elixir for the indie rock set. Lilting, downcast melodies are sometimes juxtaposed with mirthful song titles ("Landlord! Watch! Coffin! Angels!"). Other times, the dangers of comfort are outlined in sleepy, somber strokes ("The Dogs Life"). Think of Bedroom Walls as a bipolar concoction of laughing gas and valium, a dreamy state of consciousness and sleep.
