2008 debut studio album from Rosie & the Goldbug who hail from Cornwall in the West of England. The band have been busy this summer performing at various UK festivals. Described as a Pop album with attitude, Rosie co wrote the album with Shakespeare's Sister vocalist Marcella Detroit and Glasgow band El Presidents. Having already established an epic, Synth-tinged sound which is familiar yet sparse enough to be reinterpreted by the slinky vocals by Rosie herself, it's very easy to allow it to wash over you in a pleasant dowsing of glittering '80s Pop.
