Serart (Deluxe Edition) is a rerelease of the original album from Serj Tankian (from System of a Down) and multi-instrumentalist Arto Tuncboyaciyan. This version of the album features 2 bonus remix tracks from Bill Laswell and lead singer of Mindless Self Indulgence, Jimmy Urine. The album consists of 18 tracks and is a musical mash-up of world, electronic and rock genres that intertwine with each other to create a very unique musical landscape called Serart. Also featured on the DVD portion of the release is a 14 minute short film titled "Sun Angle Calculator" featuring a special mix of Serart music by Serj Tankian. The album was originally released in 2003 and gained much critical acclaim for it's high energy yet harmonious blend of musical styles.
